MISSION STATEMENT
 
OUR PURPOSE IS: 
To promote the general good and welfare of all members; to work with management to maintain a harmonious relationship for the benefit of all homeowners; to provide leadership and take an active part in the Association; to promote an active spirit in the community; to reach out to others less fortunate than the residents; to be alert to all activities which tend to or may impact adversely upon the quality of life at FAIRWAYS and to act vigorously and continually to oppose such activities and to present a united front on all matters of mutual interest to the membership and the community.

We are located east of I-95 and  about 2 miles North of Indrio Rd.  The road to the community is Spanish Lakes Blvd., located about 1500 feet east of the exit to Indrio Rd exit 138 .

COP
The C.O.P. (Citizens Observation Patrol) is operated by a select group of SLF residents who are dedicated to keeping our community safe and secure from criminal activity. Since 1995, the C.O.P. members are trained and certified by the St. Lucie County Sheriff’s Office.

Resident Activitied Commitee
We will be collecting donations to heat the guest pool every Wednesday morning from 9-11 A.M. in the card room, or you can put your donation in the RAC mailbox on the shelf between the bathrooms in the clubhouse.
