AUTHORIZATION FOR PURCHASE PROCEDURE

1.  All purchases exceeding $1,000 must be authorized at a General    
     Homeowner's Meeting.

2.  Any purchase between $200 and $1,000 must have the approval of the 
     majority of the board members and is so noted in their minutes.

3.  The president of the board or the next in charge in their absence can
     authorize a purchase up to $200.


Anyone who purchases anything to be charged to the Homeowner's Association who does not have prior approval of the proper board authority will not have the purchases reimbursed.  NOTE:  THE FINANCE DIRECTOR DOES NOT PAY ANY BILLS WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL.

These procedures took effect at the approval of the board at the HOA meeting June 2006.
