In 2012, a group of about 30 residents came together to collect money to buy a blanket for our guest pool.
Thru many fund raisers and the generosity of many or our residents and snowbird renters, we collected enough money to actually buy heating pumps for our guest pool, which we are excited to say have been used for the last two winters.
Our goal is to collect enough money every season to keep enough money in reserve for the next year’s fuel bill and also to have a maintenance reserve and a new heat pump reserve, when they are needed in the future.
We have been successful for the last few years in accomplishing this goal.
We have started collecting donations for the 2015/2016 season.  We are also planning more fund raisers this season to help build up our reserves.  To do this we need not only donations but volunteers sometime in Nov. or Dec.  The date has not been set yet, but as soon as we know we will announce it and anyone who is interested in volunteering is welcome to come to the meeting.
We are suggesting a $5.00 or more per household as a donation,  WE HAVE BEEN SUCESSFUL IN THIS COMMUNITY PROJECT BECAUSE OF THE GENEROSITY OF OUR RESIDENTS.  We thank all who have made this possible and all who will participate to help keep this great accomplishment of our community going.
You may place your donations in the mailbox on the community shelf in the clubhouse or someone will be in the card room form 9-11 am every Tuesday.
Again, we thank you and don’t forget to volunteer.  Without your outstanding response, we wouldn’t have been able to make our families and guests enjoy, their time with us.
